Terms of Service / Acceptable Use Policy

Thank you for choosing us as your business partner. We’ve developed this Term Of Service( TOS) / Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) to help you use the products, services, and equipment provided by us (Services), and ensure that you understand policies and procedures we have developed to comply with specific laws and regulations. All users of the Service must comply with this TOS/AUP. Your use and/or continuation of the Service constitutes your acceptance of this TOS/AUP. It is your responsibility, and contractual obligation, to ensure that your affiliates, agents, and/or customers (End-User(s)) comply with this TOS/AUP.

Disclosure to Law Enforcement

The AUP specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, Subscriber agrees that the Company may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the Subscriber. In addition we shall have the right to terminate all service set forth in this Agreement.

Account Setup

We will set up your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. We are not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information being associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change this information, you should contact our sales/support team via email. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. In high-risk transactions, it will be necessary to ensure government-issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for the purchase. If you fail to meet these requirements, the order may be considered fraudulent and be denied.

Ownership

The credit card holder or owner of the PayPal e-mail address which is utilized for payment on the account is designated as the authorized owner of the account.

Payment

You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from us, in advance of the period during which such services are provided. Subject to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, all payments will apply to the oldest invoice(s) in your billing account. You agree that until and unless you notify us of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your account at any time by writing to us via ticket from your client area. You can cancel and get fully refunded in case you cancel your account for any reason in 30 day period from the moment of first purchase. No refunds are issued in case you violate our Acceptable Use Policy (TOS). We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice.

Price Change

We reserve the right to change prices listed on our site, and the right to increase the amount of resources given to plans at any time.

User may not
  1. Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities
  2. Forging, misrepresenting, omitting or deleting message headers, return mailing information, and/or internet protocol addresses, to conceal or misidentify the origin of a messages.
  3. Creating or sending Internet viruses, worms or Trojan horses, flood or mail bombs, or engaging in denial of service attacks
  4. Hacking, and/or subverting, or assisting others in subverting, the security or integrity of our products or systems
  5. Soliciting the performance of any illegal activity, even if the activity itself is not performed
  6. Acting in any manner that might subject us to unfavorable regulatory action, subject us to any liability for any reason, or adversely affect our public image, reputation or goodwill, as determined by us in our sole and exclusive discretion
Responsibility for Content

You, as our customer, are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by your account/server

Backups and Data Loss

Your use of this service is at your sole risk. This service is provided to you as a courtesy. We are not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on us.

Indemnification

We wish to emphasize that in agreeing to our Acceptable Use Policy AUP and Terms of Service (ToS), customer indemnifies us for any violation of the Acceptable Use Policy AUP and Terms of Service (ToS) that results in loss to Far.id or the bringing of any claim against far.id by any third-party. This means that if far.id is sued because of a customer’s or a customer of a customer’s activity, the customer will pay any damages awarded against far.id, plus all costs and attorney’s fees.

Disclaimer

We shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by our employees and us.

Changes to the TOS

We reserve the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
