How to automatically issue ssl certificate from your client portal

When your order successfully activated, there are some simple step to .get your ssl certificate process completed. Here is the steps :

  1. Login to your client portal.
  2. Go to your Products and Services. And select your active ssl products.
  3. you will directed to products detail page. From here, you can see that your configuration status is awaiting configuration. Please click “Configure Now”.

  4. Next step is generate CSR. A CSR or Certificate Signing request is a block of encoded text that is given to a Certificate Authority when applying for an SSL Certificate. It also contains the public key that will be included in the certificate. A private key is usually created at the same time that you create the CSR, making a key pair. Please click “Generate CSR” button”.
  5. Please fill your information detail in fields. After complete, please click “Submit”.
  6. System will automatically generate you key and CSR. Now, select your webserver type, and also order type.
  7. Scroll down and check your personal/business information. And then submit your CSR to get your SSL Certification.
  8. Certificate approver section will be displayed, please select either Email, HTTP, HTTPS, or DNS. If you choose Email, system will displaying some of email that you can choose. Verification link will be send to this email, and you must click that link to get your certificate approved. Make sure that you have access to this email.
  9. Another option is HTTP, if you have access file access to your site via ftp/sftp, this is another good option. Here is example if you want to activate using HTTP method. Select “HTTP” and click “Continue”.
  10. Now validate that you’re really owner of your site. Create hash file as per instruction using ftp/sftp/hosting file manager, and fill with code for validation content.
  11. Please double check you validation file by browse to your validation url (previously created hash file). Make sure that “url&content match” with instruction from client portal.
  12. Once it complete, please click “Revalidate” button. Success page will be displayed and you can wait your SSL certification issued.
  13. System will automatically process your request, once it done, you will get your SSL certification (CRT), Intermediate key/CA Bundle, and also your private key . You’ll need this keys to install your SSL.
  14. Install this certificate keys to your website from your hosting control panel.
